The Oahu waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher will be open for applications from October 29, 2020 at 8 AM to November 2, 2020 at 4:30 PM.
To qualify, an applicant must:
- Be currently in a valid lease agreement by 8 AM on October 29, 2020
- Meet the income requirements of 50% Area Median Income
- Have a landlord who has agreed to participate in the Section 8 program, including meeting all Section 8 criteria for unit inspection, providing valid tax identification information, and complying with program requirements.
